Noiva procura Pochette

Sim, a uma semana de me casar ainda ando de volta destas pequenices: 

Amigas e primas casadoiras! Quem tem uma pochette que me empreste? Já vi muita coisa nas lojas mas sinceramente não queria estar a gastar mais dinheiro por uma coisa que só vou usar uma vez... Se puderem/quiserem emprestar, eu agradeço muito muito.

Yes, one week to get married and I'm still looking for these little things:

Friendly-wedding friends and cousins! Who of you have a pochette to lend me? I've seen lots in shops but honestly I didn't want to spend money on another item I'll only use once... If you can/want to lend me one i'd be very very thankful.

Big enough to carry my cel phone, hankerchiefs and lady pads. Preferably not whity-white... more like ivory/pearl.

Prendinhas para professoras

Este ano, a pedido da minha cunhada, fiz umas aguarelinhas para oferecer às professoras do meu sobrinho mais velho!

This year my sister in law asked me to make some little watercolors to give to my older nephew's teachers!

Fez-me pensar que talvez eu me pudesse dedicar a fazer cartões de agradecimento e outras coisas assim simpáticas...

It made me think that maybe I could make some Thank You postcards and other sweet things like that...

Desde lá de cima até aqui, fiz os postais para: Professora de Ballet, Professora de Ginástica, Directora da Escola, Professora de Inglês e em baixo para uma Auxiliar. 

From top to bottom you can see the following postcards: Ballet teacher, Gimnastics teacher, school's Director, Inglish teacher and above one of the ladies that take care of the kids.

Recentemente coloquei alguns dos meus postais numa nova plataforma de vendas online portuguesa chamada Hipbazar!

Recently I became part of a new portuguese online shop called Hipbazar!

It is a shop with autentic and exclusive products, made with love by people that want to inspire you with their passion, whether with cloths, acessories, decoration products, works of art or cakes and cookies.
For now I'm planing to sell my postcards with portuguese sayings in the portuguese market, but latter on, if all goes well, I may go abroad!

Stress pré-casamento

Faltam mais ou menos cinco semanas para me casar.

Eu e o meu noivo somos um bocado de deixar as coisas andar, não por mal, mas porque desde Janeiro (quando decidimos) até agora deu espaço para muitas marés e muitas mudanças de ideias.

O orçamento também não era muito grande, e isso influencia sempre um pouco as coisas...

A cinco semanas e ainda sem alianças nem convites enviados, resta-me esperar pela paciência dos meus queridos convidados... Ou como diz uma amiga minha que casou de um mês para o outro: "Tens tempo!"

In more or less five weeks I will be married.

Me and my fiancée are a bit slow with organizing things. We don't mean to offend or something, but mainly bacause since January (when we decided to do this) till now, there have been many tides and many plan Bs.

The budjet wasn't very big and that had also some weight to it...

Five weeks to go, without the rings or the invitations sent, I only hope for my dear guests patience... Or like a friend of mine uses to say: (she got marry in one month) "You still have time!"

Dias de praia

Estive uma semana no Festival Musicas do Mundo em Sines onde ouvi musica de vários pontos do globo, testei a minha resistência a grandes acumulações de pessoas e a vários tipos de fumo. Pelo meio fiz uns dois dias de praia... claramente pouco, mas foi o que deu.

No entanto foi o suficiente para constatar algumas dessas pequenas coisas sem as quais a praia não é praia...

I've spent a week in Sines in Festival Musicas do Mundo (World Music Festival) where I had the oportunity to listen to different kinds of music and test my resistance to huge quantities of people and odd types of smoke. In the menawhile I had two days at the beach... it was clearly not enough, but was what we could do.

Anyway, its was enought to understand some of those little things that make the beach be a beach

(To have sand in the sun screen)

(To have sand in your food)

(To have sand in the towel - no matter how many times you shake it)

(To have sand in the bikini)
